How this medicine is used

The correct amount depends on the indication being treated, body weight, age and any other medicines already being taken. A prescriber or pharmacist should always set the schedule, and that advice takes precedence over any general guidance published here. Most users start on the lowest effective amount and only adjust after reviewing how they respond over the first few days.

Dosage and administration

Take the preparation with a glass of water at roughly the same time each day so the level in the body stays stable. Do not double up after a missed dose; continue with the normal schedule instead. Alcohol and sedating substances can amplify the effect and should be avoided unless a clinician has said otherwise.

Storage, side effects and precautions

Store the sealed pack in a dry place below 25 °C, out of direct sunlight and well away from children. Mild, short-lived reactions such as drowsiness, headache, dry mouth or stomach upset are the ones reported most often. Anything severe, persistent or allergic in nature warrants immediate medical attention. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver or kidney impairment and ongoing treatment with other prescription medicines all call for professional advice before starting.

Ordering Lamotrigine safely in Europe

Add the pack size you need to the basket, complete the encrypted checkout and you will receive a confirmation with a tracking reference as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Deliveries inside the Netherlands and Germany usually arrive within a few working days; shipments to other European destinations, Australia and the United States take longer depending on the courier and local customs handling. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are prepared the same working day.

Search terms customers use
